Service Provider

The service provider is Društvo Frekvence zavesti, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.”.All services are delivered by Aleksandra Farazin, acting as the authorized representative and service practitioner.These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided in person or remotely (online), including but not limited to:

Mediumship private sittings and mediumship evenings, Reiki and trance healing, Regression sessions, Vedic astrology chart readings.

By booking or participating in any service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Nature of Services

All services are intended solely for personal development, spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and insight. The services: Do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Are not a substitute for licensed healthcare, therapy, counseling, or professional treatment. Do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Are not intended for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any medical or psychological condition. All information, messages, and insights provided during sessions are based on the Provider’s subjective perception and professional interpretation within the spiritual framework of the service. The client acknowledges that all decisions and actions taken based on the session are made voluntarily and remain solely the client’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services. The Provider assumes no responsibility for personal decisions made by the client following a session. For online services, the Provider is not responsible for technical issues caused by the client’s internet connection, hardware, or software. In cases of physical illness, mental health concerns, emotional crisis, or acute distress, the client is strongly advised to seek appropriate medical or licensed professional assistance.

Eligibility and Participation

Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, or in their presence. Participation is voluntary. Individuals experiencing severe psychological distress, psychiatric conditions, or acute emotional instability participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

Appointments and Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to: Modify service prices at any time. Reschedule or cancel appointments at their discretion. Refuse service if, in the Provider’s professional judgment, proceeding may result in negative consequences or is deemed inappropriate. By confirming an appointment, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Payments and Cancellations

Prices are listed alongside each individual service. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Provider reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee in case of late cancellation or no-show. For online services, no refund shall be granted for technical difficulties arising from the client’s equipment or internet connectivity.

Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded for personal use only with prior written, electronic, or verbal consent from the Provider. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited. Recordings may not be publicly shared, distributed, reproduced, or published without explicit written permission from the Provider.

Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Appointment booking and administration, Communication regarding scheduling changes or cancellations, Internal statistical analysis.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on: The client’s consent, Performance of a service contract.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for a maximum period of one (1) year following the completion of the service, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Data Subject Rights

Clients have the right to: Access their data, Request rectification or deletion, Withdraw consent at any time, Request data portability, Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests may be submitted to: sandra.farazin@gmail.com. The Provider does not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All materials, session content, documentation, written notes, and related content are the intellectual property of the Provider and Društvo Frekvence zavesti. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent..

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.

Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website and become effective upon publication.
